Chi Delta Beta Multi-cultural Fraternity was founded on November 22, 1994.  A group of 17 guys got together and realized that they each had something in common.  They wanted a fraternity that had education, brotherhood and diversity as their goals.  So on that day of November 22, 1994, 17 founding father became known as Chi Delta beta at California State University of Stanislaus. With these beliefs in mind, they wanted to expand.  So the next campus that they went was to California State University of Fresno.  Here a group of 11 guys shared the same interest.  So on December 13, 1997 those 11 guys became founding brothers of Chi Delta Beta Multicultural Fraternity at Fresno State.
